Soudure

Soudure is inspired by the art of Kintsugi, a Japanese method of repairing broken pots using a visible binder, creating unique pieces. Made of aluminum, the bowls show a weld representing the composition of different parts. Each design is handmade and unique. Normally, welds are polished and made invisible. Here they are celebrated and are an element of design and function. Both sizes can be used as a duo or individually : one on top of the other or side by side, in the center of the table as a fruit or storage bowl.
